Just the same as Tenax's amulet gives 250hp and 50 fire damage and Alasthors gives 250hp and 50 ice damage.

And Suraks Ammulet gives +10 Development +5 Fail and + 1000 Fire Resistance to Hair,

I hear the Development part is bugged though
