Actually Kriss, Zone Labs is the company behind Zone Alarm. And according to their website (http://www.zonelabs.com), the firewall product is Zone Alarm Pro, I will try later with that application to see if I can make Regnum work with it. Vuubuu, have you send the crash file to soporte@ngdstudios.com.ar? With that file we can better pinpoint the problem. The key to solving the bugs, is being able to reproduce them. Regards

i send them the bug report like 5 days ago and it's still marked as NEW and i just send to soporte@ yesterday..their support is coming very slow or not coming at all

vuubuu, hi.
I'm not part of the staff, but I know a bit of their work; they always read the reports, if it is marked as new it is not necesarily because it has not been read. I know they were receiving like 500 plus reports per day (that was a few weeks ago, but maybe it is still that high) and debugging a dump (like the one you sent) is not quick nor trivial. Be patient, the fix will come (sometimes later than we wish, but it has always come at last ) Cheers.
