To fix that problem go to:

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/index.shtml

Then find that .dll file.

Download the .rar file.

Then extract it to the Testserver folder.

The range of visible gameplay objects such as NPCs, creatures or players will remain as it is, as amplifying it would bring a higher bandwidth need and more process time for the server. That's why in almost every MMO around you will never see players so far away from where you are.

Please don't do this, virusscan or not, downloading single DLLs from sites like these is never a good idea.

If you don't want to download the 103MB full DirectX installer (downloadable from NGD on the other thread or here from Microsoft), you can download the DirectX Web Installer, which will make sure your DirectX is up to date, only downloading what's needed.

If you read the "Read Me" file it tells you to extract it to your windows\system directory, however I still cannot load Ra I get a pop up saying the "RegnumOnline has stopped working"

Any chance of a fix NGD???
