the PVPS of barbarians now are disgusting, true PVPS were before when the gear did not matter, just the skill, now any noob weapons or dual +90 dragon amulet is sent and kill you at UM

I would like to organize a tournament, but when they are no longer dual imbalance and have to have skill to win one

I like Barb v Barb bec its a nice way to test ur timing of ur spells, tho when one barb has rly superior gear and weap then it can become boring. Also i do like knight v barb more.

Barbarian PvPs are mostly about who is the bigger bitch. Gear and resists aside, it's still not skills that matter; it's only about being the last one to activate UM. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQWCAt23mXQ

The buff and run Technic is one of the lamest yet. I PvP'd a green barb who would run when I buffed UM, after about 5 min of that crap I just ran into the river to end the misery...

in that pvp was testing spear had never used in my life and did not have many strategies

Returning to the subject .. in PVPS wins now has better gear (I'm talking about 2 people skilled)

Its hard for fights to be slow and tactical when its the equivalent of two steam rollers slamming into each other.

Back when I played barb as my main years ago, I always hoped the class would go in a more tactical direction. Well, even back then it was still alot more tactical than now, since Berserk removed all armor, TFB gave +300(or 350?) damage by itself, and UM was 40sec, you could cast UM as first spell and the fight was more about skills like Disble limb, Mind squasher and Brain piercing (when it was 100% on every level). Oh well at least we have Knights for such gameplay now.

Also, that was before such skills became "lame" from overuse, when only "supporting" barbs used them and everyone else was just SC monkeys.

Seems like the closer everything gets to NGD's vision, the more boring and predictable it becomes.
