Same situation here, I logged into Ra and I have Syrius alts, whereas Horus was Ignis, I wonder if something about the different faction is causing an issue? Tried deleting the chars on Ra but theres a 14 day delay.

nahhh i think that's not the problem, i have ignis on Ra and on Haven, still got that same error... ugh

Same problem here,i want to see the old ingame bugs, but can't transfer my char because of that CT_ERR_UNKNOWN.I'm unable to send a ticket too,at support login i got an 'Error with login API' message.
