Default New players in invasions

I suggest to include new players in invasions, too.
Including them in invasions would be interesting.
I was thinking of giving all players <30 instant level 30 during invasions, for all 3 realm players, no matter of who is invading who.
Those players would remain current setup, but with attributes for level 30.
Furthermore, in invasion time, no grinding or quest exp would not be possible.
I think this would spice it up even with current situation.

I dont see anything wrong with invasions as they are now.
I dont understand what you see that needs fixed or why.
so I voted "garbage".
This part is only related to your post indirectly: if you spent 10 hours
on the phone talking about RO invasions .... I want you to shut off the
computer, then (when its light out) go outside walk around some; maybe
go to the mall or someplace. Meet some people. Dude that is too much
attention to a GAME!! no offense meant in that , but ffs....

ROFL... thank you for the concern in my well being Godot... but the phone conversation is not relative to the acctual suggestion... actually i spend much more time on the phone... you see, me and onemyndseye both live in the same city, and have been friends for almost 2 decades now (like brothers, but we can stand each other ), and he works nights, at the same place I used to work too, while sitting on the computer, doing what the hell ever, we talk, not like anyone else is up during our nocturnal vigilance

theres alot of Obvious flaws of the invasion system that is used now

on the other part..

how about keeping your little Male ego out of this good way to turn a nice suggestion into a flame cause of people like you.

When I say more hardcore I mean that it is so complicated and deep that only hardcore users may be able to first, understand it, then take part of and finally enjoy it.

We are looking for ways to make invasions more accessible, thus easier to accomplish at peak times, while not being able to ninja/exploit the system (like logging in with a group at 4 am)

We read/listen to all of your comments and suggestions, we want to satisfy you our customers and also make the game more appealing to other possible customers too.

We know that invasions have flaws, we are planning a re-vamp invasions by the end of the year/beginning of 2010. But we won't change the basic simple premise of "conquest 3 forts and get to the gate"

Also, I know that you make a lot of assumptions when you work on ideas such as this. Please understand that this kind of assumptions might work for a certain game and not another one depending on resources, design and technology. As regnum is our very first game of this kind, we have more constrains that you may think.

On the other hand, things that might sound difficult to you are actually easy for us. As an example, JUST moving Effe to Alga (IF we wanted to) is something that we can do in a day.

Re-Vamp of invasions can just improve things though, I think.

No, I never said we wanted THAT to happen.
Swapping the location of the fort/castle is just not our idea to fix the problem(s) that you are mentioning.

Please don't disturb this interesting thread with sub-par comments like this.

Anyone who says that we are deliberately trying to act against our own game needs read what they are posting and think again.

Well, I've already said 100 times that Trelle's save would be much better at the old position. And I'm not really disturbing this post. Because at the morning, the goats always use to have Algaros, fighting against just a few of us, so we cant kill them with that constant flow. So OK, 1/2 requeriments for an invasion its done. Now they only have to take Eferias for 30 minutes and.. invasion \o/

Why did the gates become in danger? Because its impossible to take Algaros back in those conditions. IM-PO-SSI-BLE.

So yes, I'm talking about invasions too :P

EDIT: Changing Trelle's position is not that hard! Even you said that you could move Efe to Alga in one day. So, why the **** (I'm quite tired of all this) dont you move Trelle's save to its old position while you think on another fix? It'd be 99999999 times much better than it is atm.
