No problem. Like I said, I'm not saying it's untrue (I don't play Knight enough to deny it). I hear a lot of problems with Knight spells, but never seen any screenshots/videos to prove it, that's all.

I'm surprised you haven't seen the precise block bug, it happens to me regularly. If him and I are experiencing the same bug, it means he gets hit while he has PB up. You may have read it as someone in PB casting offensive spells, but I could be wrong.

Honestly, can't remember any of this ever happening to me.

Edit: I asked some knights in ignis none of them know about this. Did someone cast pa4 or fire arrow on you?

Adding to the list,

The worst PB bug that I experience more than anything happens for no apparent reason, goes something like this:

1) I cast PB5.

2) The animation starts.

3) I don't move (or do anything to cancel it)

4) I block two hits/spells/whatever.

5) PB goes off within two secs.

No clue on how to reproduce it and why it happens. Maybe ping? My regular gameplay ping is 350ms.

Nope, I noticed the def stance removal bug happen while simply walking alone from Syrtis CS to PN2 with it activated at the start. I didn't encounter a single enemy or ally in that time and it removed itself twice. (the spell wasn't accidentally clicked or anything, it was on another hotbar) I noticed this happens more frequently while on my marx than my knight.

As for the PB bug, I recently killed an Ignean knight at Samal who had the animation on. Until then I thought it was a personal bug as I still have no way to reproduce it and I haven't heard of it happening to others.
The spell gets casted and put into CD. The animation shows up and if you look at your buff/debuff list you can see it up there. Even though it says it is working and the animation shows, you can still be raped by 50 barbs.

I get the PB and def stance bug A LOT
its extremely annoying and pretty unfair thinking you timed a block perfectly only to get the animation
and not the effect...

seeing as some people asked for a screenshot, here is one, sorry to say I dont screenshot my log a lot
usually i end up living coz of great conjus and i dont bother going semi-afk to find stuff

This may (or may not) be related to a known bug with immobilise. If you cast PB during an immobilise spell (prickling ivy 1-5/balestra 1-5/ribs breaker 1-5/twister 1-5), should the effect of the immobilise end before the duration of your PB, PB gets cancelled.

Here's a nice list of unfixed knight bugs. Only a 2 year old thread, let's give NGD some more time to fix these.

Strange, not had this one yet. It would be useful to see a larger collection of screenshots of when PB does fail like this, so we can come to some sort of idea as to how to replicate it. Ideally a long log, so we can see any spells cast prior to casting PB. Same for the bug you are experiencing Saero, with PB anyway.

I can confirm I've found my defensive stance randomly turning off, but not yet able to find steps to replicate that.

Might start playing knight more. There's so many damn bugs, it would be no surprise if a few more made the list.

As to everyone defending the OP, please, the most useless bug report ever. Rage thread != bug report. At least it got this discussion going though.
