Yes, go to the main page, and check the update where they give you a link to the new Regnum Online Installer.

it's not because of the launcher, I still have a beta installer which I use instead of downloading it all all the time and I can still connect and download the rest through the ROlauncher

Just saying that "I'm unable to give a virus" isn't going to do anything.

it shouldn't, if it's a connection problem it can't be the launcher since I don't remember any code being executed differently when trying to get connection to a specific place
