I would also like to hear, as a clan leader and friend of Dave, explanation from NGD, or at least let NGD send Dave pm/mail with it. As far as I know, Dave is good member and fighter, helpful and funny and also I dont believe that he broke any of NGD rules. So, NGD, your turn now!

I hope this is a mistake somehow...
I may not now him very well yet, but i cannot believe he has done anything to deserve a ban. And he sure deserves more than a simple ban without warning or reason...

Very strange - if I was admins, I'd send an explanation, even a terse one at the time of the banning.

wow. Shouldn't you get a warning first? I've taken a look at banning chart, looks like 1 or 2 days should be first
