it didn't seem to work, the same error message popped up after i select my character and go to the loading screen

Sorry to continuosly disturb you with questions, but it's the only way we have to detect your problem (as it does not happen often).

Do you have firewall software activated? Which one?

The issue you are having, happens because the server is disconnecting your client due to a missing response.

hi, it's really fine to ask me questions i just want to resolve this

I currently have window firewall, norton anti-virus, and spyware Blaster. I have disable all of them and tried the game, but it did not work.

Is there a possibility, it's my router that's blocking the response. I currently have NETGEAR, it have been well known to block games. Therefore i need to enable ports or port fowarding.

hello, sorry to interupt, but if you have a net gear router you should be unblocking the following ports (i did name RoX to each of them, because i wanted, you put whatever name you want).

Ro1 48000 48000 192.168.1.2
Ro2 47300 47300 192.168.1.2
Ro3 48001 48001 192.168.1.2
Ro4 9660 9660 192.168.1.2

I have the same routes so, i hope this help you.

Vuubuu, just open the ports Zeronea told you.
Oh, one more thing the port protocols are:
TCP: 48000,48001,47300
UDP: 9660

That should do the trick.
