At the very least South Cross needs to have a longer cooldown.

I have a barb and i sometimes use s/c, so i say this out of a sense of fairness to other classes and for the sake of balance.

You know what?

Marksmen have more defense than knights other than their blocks which can sometimes be a *bit* unlucky :O
