they do work...but like 1% of the time:P
i know i imobilized every boss in ignis...knocked graj...and im not sure...but i think my balestra did work once at tenax...there were alot of people tho so it could have been the lag(he didnt warp!)

It wouldn't make sense if you could dizzy him to prevent his skills, since firebreathing and flying should be innate skills for a dragon.

MoD is still helpful on lvl 5, dizzy or not.

Otherwise he'll simply regenerate 70% of the dmg you deal to him. MoD reduces const by 30, which helps quite a bit.

I didn't think about that lvl 5 mod..
