This reminds me of a quote I once read. I don't remember it correctly but it was something like, You're a noob because you don't play often enough, or your a loser with no life cause you play too much. Depending on the persons point of view.

Actually Alsius is easiest to lvl by far.

I used to play in Alsius and it's possible to get 18 - 30 from quests only.
