You have a proton, then you accelerate it through a 27-kilometer long ultra-refrigerated (2 Kelvin, -271°C) curved pipe to make it collide with another proton. Yeah, it's almost like going back to the same second the Big Bang created the firsts stages of matter, so nothing dangerous will happen.
