It's worth noting that all the old-timers who left or are planning on leaving if these changes are not reverted have stayed with this game through all the lags, through all the bugs, all the imbalances, all the broken updates, all the unresolved issues, all the millions of ignored suggestions, all the lack of any real information from NGD other than cryptic changelogs, etc, etc.

This update managed to send them away. They stayed despite of everything listed above, and this update managed to achieve what all that stuff combined and over almost a year couldn't do.

I don't have to think that this update is the worst decision NGD has ever made. This simple fact shows it.

I WAS on the verge of bringing 4-5 new players (freinds of mine) to the game 2 of which are premium aholics on most MMOs soon as they read this and i quoat ...

"fuck that!"
"forget it"
"now thats just daft"
"i quit, whataya mean i never started,i quit anyway (cancels his download)
"lol, no way"

Now in one foul swoop you ruined my hard work convincing them that RO is good you just lost 5 good (would have been) long term players 2-3 of which would be premium players

I belive NGD said that only 4% or was it 14% =s of players pay premium if you want only to have those players left carry on...

Have you considered advertisement for other games? this is how many f2p games stay online(adverts for WOW ect...)

all true there im getting bored of this too its just turning into a joke...

I was playing today and the lag spikes were immense. The lag is at least as bad as before. Even with less players.

Lets run off a list of mistakes that NGD has nade in the past couple of days
1. Worse lag than before, by far. I can barely walk in fisgael now.
2. I crash 5-10 times more unless I am on safe mode, which I did not have to use before.
3. A huge decrease in the number of players in-game.
4. A GIANT reason why no one in their right mind will leave another game to come to RO. Just thinking about it makes me feel...fatigued...
5. A 15% reduction of all xp a player gets from lvl 30 onwards.

Sometimes, I really wonder if anyone in ngd has half a brain. How could they not know that a reduction of xp is a bad thing. Anything that slows down the already painfully slow pace of the game is a bad thing. Add the fatigue system onto that and you get a giant steaming pile of why-the-hell-am-I-playing-this-game-ness

Why change anything that is not broken? Why implement the fatigue system? Why the reduction of xp? Why even waste time and money on developing such useless concepts that would surely drive away almost all the players on regnum?

I say, get rid of the reduction of xp. Instead make a 15% increase of xp received after lvl 20. That way, there will be a reason why players will prefer this game over others. Get rid of the fatigue system. It will ruin the game. It has ruined the game.

Make a xim scroll worth about 50-100 american dollars that will make a player lvl 50 instantly. That will be a big money maker amongst the low lvls. Spend less time worrying about how you can force people to buy ximerin, and more time thinking of how to lure in more potential xim payers into the game.

I have said this once, and I will say this again. Whoever thought up of the fatigue system deserves to be fired.
