Well,
Jesters just sat back and made the King's laugh (or die trying). Jesters are not supposed to be the front lines in battles. Although, I suppose a Jester Battle Mage wouldn't do no harm? NO, dont even think about it Regards

Yes I think the penalty is fine
The last thing we need to ruin Regnum is a bunch of people dancing at a save (like I saw at Samal today) with party hats. I Felt like I was playing Runescape Question: Are the party hats tradeable? |

if i was an alsius goat... i would feel bad to lose my chance to wear a hat...
maybe giving the hat 0 bonuses 0 defence would be best hold on being attacked in wz dang maximus.... its easy to finish this quest as hunter... hard as hell as mage |

Make the hats a zero-stats. And if it doesn't feel medieval enough, change the party hat into something more suitable after this week? Something nice, as a memory of this event
And also, something for Uthgars to wear all the time. Or finally fix the other problem with Uthgars not beeing able to get those extra stats from +stat headgear? |

yes they are tradeable. and well um thats what keeps ppl in runescape they had me since i was a litle kid coming and leaving just cus i enjoyed those litle stupid stuf. and make them jester hats i dont care i justs want a silly hat well yes ppl at frontlines wouldnt wear stupid hats BUT it would realy realy be funny and amusing . dancing is realy fun aldough we look drunk, but ppl doigt it in the save during wars is wrong. i think RO should have more fun things like this but ppl will eventualy stop. the hats and dancing will be put away and like in RS years latter will be worth millions! |

ok solutions for your cheapy problems:
1 make it that when ugthars wear hats they natuarly adjust it to their horns OR just make the party hat an exception. 2 make it 0stats either way. 3 to keep it from killing the mediveal theme make it look like a jester's hat or something else maybe a crown 4 now for ppl over using it maybe a bug can inspire us. when you put it on after 5mins it goes away and comes back in 30mins. this cancels after 30seconds with it off. |
