I see i'm not the only one like this atm...

Matt, something i found that helps me is to doodle mindless pictures (i'm no pro at drawing), atm on my break in spare time i doodle a war between marshmellows and rice-crispy squares.

But if u know something makes u feel better, then thats what u should do. If you cant think of anything, you should lie in bed and just stare at something for a while till it comes to you.

So Matt, rock on, all the best, and god speed out of depression-
