Screenshots aren't saving - Page 2

I don't have a C:\Games or even a NGD Studios folder. I have a C:\Program Files\Regnum Online

The missing folder is C:\Program Files\Regnum Online\Live Server\Screenshots
it only shows up when i upload or import files to the internet or on another program, but doesn't show up when i'm just trying to view them in windows explorer(or photo gallery or something, its from "my computer")

Nope, still never solved it,

I deleted every single folder in the directory, reinstalled the game quite a few times, but now I can't even log into the game because I get a black screen after the intro.
