I got the opinions of a few sub-20 people in syrtis and most of them love the new moves, and I dunno they are kinda growing on me to, or I just stopped noticeing them after killing 500 or so mobs

Yep, the fire quest series is broken as well. After turning in the gems from small spiders, Thiburn had nothing more to offer. At level 34, I should be able to finish the entire fire altar quest and activate the water altar.

Please fix a.s.a.p! Points are difficult enough to compile at these levels. Taking away those few quest points adds insult to injury.

is it possible that ngd removed them because they removed fatigue?

thats lame if they did, i hope theyre just broken and can be fixed.
