How much speed is 2 Lightning rings? I think I remember it being about 8-10%? If so with tfb[5] or accell[1-5] it can take a wepon nearly a whole atk speed faster, Which is to me still a bit more ott than 2* DS rings, also +dmg items are a far more common find than +atk speed so its not to hard to make up a Ds rings effect with a good wep.

But yeah, Id only call them very effective with SM set up or for short bows since I dont realy think fast-hit barb setups (Bloodman) are very effective comepared to slow/vslow.

Each ring is 5%, so 10% total.

With level 5 TFB, and attack speed gear (4% on hammer, 3/4% on leggings) I reach base medium speed with my very slow hammer.

As I've said all along, give each realm all the same amulets and rings and the bitching will end.

I would also like to see each realm with more "balanced" eg the Syrtis Medal of Corage is also pretty strong.

Don't we have to do all tarik's quests to get the ring?

I may be wrong, but it starts with a lvl 16 quest, "Prelude to the runestone". There is a bunch of quests related to it, and it takes a lot of time to finish them. For some quests, you need to get some help too.

It's not just an easy quest that let you get a ring. For some people it might be easy to get an alt to 39, just to get another ring, but it's not, for most people.

Ds rings are not as valuable, but they are way easier to get. That doesn't mean they are balanced though^^ I agree with paul on this one.

Each realm have some overpowered item's, we just have to adapt. And giving everyone the same rings/amulet is not a solution, it makes the game poorer, why not the same quests, same mobs, same dragon...

I don't think 10% attack speed will make any class overpowered, and doesn't give an edge as some said. Everything does not resolve on casting/attack speed...Just find something that fits you best^^

Try to fight on Horus against ignian warlock Viperdh.

He killed my lvl 50 barb only with normal hits... i belive that was gem power, or a very good hack!

he's not a warlock, he's a conjurer, and it has been discussed already and yes, he has a gem.

@catelyn, there's already same dragons, mobs and quests for every realm.
