I wuite like that trele is constant war, and its not exactly one sided since the fight ping pongs from syrtis side to alsius side every few mins.
In this case vs that knight he was very lucky with his blocks, but It should not be a reason to leave the game, I have a knight, admitedly not a very high lvl one (43) but I spent long enough in wz and the arena to know playing a knight is 80% luck, I can have huge streaks were I somehow block 10 hits in a row, but then can go 10mins without another block. Its all luck.

i enjoy the usual fights between alsius and syrtis side bridge, but we usually have no high levels, or a few, and mostly low levels who bind at algaros save to grind there for whatever reason..
the problem with syrtis is they are so un co ordinated it makes it more frustrating than fun alot of times, we never use auras, terror or other areas never rez, rarely heal (there are some exceptions, some nice conjurors but most will simply walk over your dead body without a single look back..and expect lots of syrtis to heal on their own) and we have a major problem of simply running, not backpeddling, or helping the stragglers or the slower classes, but outright running like girls when the tide turns, and any one whos behind or a melee class, youre screwed. if we happen to do have enough people to make it a fair fight then usually alsius doesnt last long, but that is another problem, since the ones who were tired of being outnumbered over and over before it was "even" will spawn camp the hell out of trell save for that, and ive seen it alot. honestly think you deserve it half the times, since algaros is no challenge anyways, no one visits there/low levels grind there and few bind there. the rest of syrtis is usually taking other forts even when they KNOW one of our own is captured and we need help. so holding a fort with so many people/killing the same outnumbered groups and expecting no retaliation eventually, is stupid. i usually just give up if its too one sided, i dont take my dying so serious, if i died being hit by 10 people while we have 5 people total and not much in the way of heals or any support, oh well, not like ill cry over it, its to be expected to lose when you have less people. eventually though, enough syrtis realize that hey we do need help, and arrive in enough numbers to take back the fort, most usually leave to do other things, but occasionally they will stay or move to pp2/trell save and repeat basically the outnumbering process. thats why i think they get camped anyways, they bring it on themselves by taking alg so often, if they took stone itd be different and more challenging, but taking the easy route, well..it comes back and makes it harder for some of you later. i dont usually camp, ill sometimes get a bit close chasing down someone or to kill them, but usually i just stand and watch and talk with expand, since repeating trell isnt exactly gonna work. i dont understand why trell is alot of times not defended well when attacked, the bind is so close, and the wall spawn is so much shorter than ignis/syrtis for their forts. the fort or the save should be moved again, both for algaros and for trell, as both are far too easy to get to and camp (trell save is quick to reach from pp2, and alg save is a bottleneck for spawncamping)

The Trell-Alga fights can be entertaining.
When the numbers are approximately equal the fights are entertaining. When one side camps a save because the numbers are in their favour (both sides do it) - it sux. Because of the greater Syrtis numbers they are more often able to commit this treachery than us. |

I should probably send this by PM, but I feel that this is a better way to reach you. And I hope you can read this. As always, I hope you understand my English.
I just wanted to say: Thank You, my friend. I could write now a hundred reasons, but you know and I know, and that is enough. I should be sad because I really enjoyed playing and chatting with you. But I am happy for you, if you feel this is the right choice for you. And I agree that freetime is too short to use it to play games you do not enjoy. I will miss you a lot and I wish you the best. Until we meet again...
