Enemy surveilllance often doesn't show any results. Imo a "new" old bug.

Would be nice, just ONCE, to tell us:"Hey bitches, we are shutting server down for <insert> reason, we ll be back for x hours" and not just shut down server without letting us know what the fuck is going on.
