Actually they kinda did. on the current hotbar there is are up and down arrows, those give you up to 5 hot bars which can be accessed quickly by pressing f1 for hotbar 1, f2 for hotbar 2, etc.

Would be nice to veiw several of them at once though, rather than needing to flick through them mid-combat.

Exactly. Either I'm in panic pushing any key or I'm moving with my cursor to scroll. Then I'm dead.

Yes. I agree it would be much easier to cast spells, specially for locks that have a great variety of them....

Most modern day mouses will allow you to set buttons to mimic key functions, just assign the f1-f4 keys and all is good.

Yes it will be very great to see many of the hotbar on the same time. You can find many tread of this in the suggestion section with all the possibility that can be done(and some pics of it)....but no answer from NDG

Call that quick? It makes u lose at least 2 seconds. In those 2 seconds i can already have 1 skill casting and another in queque in other games.
