Just did a google search on 'Aika' It got spell checked as 'Ikea' Xd So moved onto a Image search, seems there is another 'Aika' around try it, and you will see what I mean

aika is made by gpotato, the kind of mmorpg where you buy uber epic items with real life money to own other players, to me this is crap, and it'll probably be filled with a lot of small kids.

I always thought gpotato sucked

well they tried cute games aka Flyff/Luna Online didn't do too well on those. They tried pretty nice graphics aka Rappelz but it also lacked anything except cash shop addicts and PnC the entire time. So then they're like what HAVEN'T we tried yet? OH some guy says as they see their buisness rating of an F from the bbb as they're about to be closed due to horrible custom service.

Let's try RvR. Then some guy said hmm we need a hook to try to get people to play it. So they made it so that you could have a loli and then train her up into a real woman and have her as a nice little sex slave. Also the graphics are decent b/c they're trying to get those who play for graphics.

I will agree that it's the first f2p mass marketed soon to be failure of the RvR world. I stopped playing flyff after i realized that i couldn't do even remotely decent unless i had ~500usd a month to blow on a game. I never spent one cent on that game since it was extremely lacking in anything.

Also talking about wow makes me think of their next xpac "cataclsym" just from reading what they're doing it truly is their make it or break it time. I'd say that either they don't do the changes for some of the classes such as hunters having focus and actually add some newer things besides, quest, raid, raid, raid, raid then you can pvp or they'll die. As Aion came out pretty recently and looks pretty good but i'm not up for p2p.

So it seems that Gpotato's finally falling, blizzard's starting their trip down hill and about to commit their suicide. And regnum's still here just kinda doing what it has been for so long. Slowly gaining numbers and slowly adding a few things in to make it pretty awesome when they're added.

So till spring 2010 i guess i'll hang out and watch and see who updates the most and if i see somethign i like i might play an mmo again. Here's to hoping crafitng eventually makes its way into regnum.
