Lets do a little interpretation of the second one:

1. Skip pituitary and Thymus *thymus listed twice
2. The pancreas can be deficient or overly proficient in its production of insulin that can horribly affect some people lives, so I think it is fair to represent it as a monster. You never know the kid could of been diabetic.
3. The mouth of the beast is somewhat centered so the labeling it adrenal would be accurate to the artist, though it could also be a symbolic representation of the beast being stressed as it appears to be screaming possibly.

Overall it looks like they are sexually frustrated, possibly fueled by hatred for their (or someone elses) current condition and tired of being bullied as highlighted by the Kung Fu gland and stepping on the other kids face. I'm probably wrong though
