I do, but E-mails will be read/responded to in the order they are received and I cannot do anything to speed up a particular case.

It took me 1 day....

Seriously I made my account in Houston but I live in The Netherlands.
I wrote an e-mail to NGD and it seriously took 24 Hours to get a response I was very impressed

It took 4 months till I had my answer and I still haven''t got my 107 magnanites back bugged from Acc stash...

Hah, but mine was for Xim I couldnt buy xim I think that has something to do with it
