Oh Travian was much worse for me. Good I got rid of it on time.

I had 12miljoen points then quited world 2 at world 9 i had 90 villages, 90 villages 3000 attacks = 33 at every village^^
Well, i had a tribe to help me ofcourse but most was dodging and killing nobles

Travian was better gameplay-wise, but much more addictive.

This. The reason Tribal Wars and similar games (*cough*Farmville) are so bad and addictive is that they punish you for inactivity. It's like negative reinforcement rather than positive reinforcement, sticks rather than carrots, etc.
