i hade same issue some time ago, a marksman was casting sultars terror on me... gotta look if i still have the screenshot

Funny for sure, but knowing the combat logs tempremental nature its more that likely a bug, doubt theres anything sinister about it

Nope not even, most of us were at Eferias, There were some scattered patrol groups but the main force was at eferias. There may have been like 15 or 20, but at any given time there were never 30+ people in one spot.

For some funny setups, that spell can be a good idea. Some players just don't know how to invent themselves and copy.
