Normal respawn time for other champions than vesper is about 30 minutes. Avalon spawns at the hill on the left side of the way between fisgael and the teleporter to initiation island. But most time he isn't there, cause he is really busy

avalon is North/East of fisgael on or near some rocks

what lvl is he?

Oh Avalon is easy to find he's near tha pillar in Fisgael besides those big giant bouders. There's one large one and 2 normal ones.

Not sure... But my lvl 15s and my lvl 16 is still shows "Impossible" (Color purple) when I see it.

i have seen avalon in alot of places around fisgael but i find that he is found after you get out of the teleporter keep going down the path until you see a cliff on your right. i usually find him up the top of this cliff or around here. still though i havent been around fisgael in awhile

Same here. Now that my level is higher I never seem to come across him. Satarco and Sanbro are a lot easier to find in comparison to Avalon.
