I have the same problem. If i try to enter horus, straight after the ngd video, the loading screen freezes on 0%. Sometimes not even the whole image of RO loads.
I can enter Amun and Ra with no problem. I lowered all settings, unchecked "load all resources at once" and even tried even safe mode. No result. I noticed, that my antivirus goes crazy when RO stops responding. Recently, I installed the "Latency fix" presented by someone on this forum earlier. Of course, this is uninstalled now. But anyway, it's weird I can enter Ra and Amun, but not Horus. I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks Kharbon

well i use mcafee so it dosnt work the same so i still reallllly need help

I really don't know.. Try to restart your pc and maybe disable and enable again your internet card. Maybe try CCleaner to clean up your pc... Reinstalling Regnum online might be also a option. The last thing you might want to try is to wait for the next hotfix/update.

ilo think il do the last thin because i just reinstalled it and the first time i logged in it worked again but the second time it was freezing again oso ihope that ngd responds to my 2 days old ticket that i posted with ngd support

Well, that's probably the only think you can do now... Good luck...
The ticket response time takes quite long from what I heard...
