I have played both RA and Horus and (before the hunter nerf) I pvped tui+ some others. Tui was the best to pvp and I beat him the majority of the time on hunter with my CS pauldrons broken and a normal bp+leggings with a decent bow.

In my opinion the only class on RA that can outskill Horus is lock and thats only because most of Horus' good/old ones have stopped playing. While Horus has better marks, hunters, conjs. Barbs and Knights I can't really judge.

I think Horus would win if they all had the same gear and numbers.

RvR and PvP can, in this situation, be used interchangebly.

Hunter Pre-Nerf easily won against a NORMAL marksman is what I think you meant to say.

Tui was doing 400+norms easy before the dmg nerf and with the rest of his op gear+defence he was not easy to beat.

400 normal pre actua was very "normal" to me (around 460+ average), Tui is a good Mark in PvP, but i was talking in War (something like a 25 vs 25, obviusly ignore that marks prototypes post actua)
