"Your spells are fixed damage, so more damage...meh."

Woah, is that actually true o.o? Does Int really only affect staff damage ?

Intelligence is supposed to increase staff damage, but since Staff Mastery has had all use sucked from it, it's sort of a non-issue. Doesn't increase damage that much anyways.

INT does, however, give you more mana and, according to the Regnum Online Wiki, indirectly effects mana regeneration.

As for me, I started both my mages with the 5 points into Intelligence, but I suppose a point or 2 into Constitution wouldn't hurt.

As already said your stuffdamage doesnt matter at all because its that low (even with ubergear), so dont care about the small dmg boost int gives you. It increases your mana regeneration, thats right, but just because this is based on the maximum mana (more mana=faster regeneration), const does the same for hp.
Mana is no great issue if you use sacrifice on a high lvl and sadistic servants so id put them into const. But as said those 5 points make a very small difference only, so dont care about them much.

The way I see it, I use Ambitious Sacrifice several times per battle, which sacrifices health for mana. More mana = less times I need to Amb Sac = more time laying people out.

I will get 5 Const. More HP is always better. Lock have plenty of spells to get mana back. As lock is primarily spell based, you really really do not need staff damage. Your spells are fixed damage, so more damage...meh.
More int -> more mana -> faster regen.

int itself doesn't give you faster regen, but the mana you get from it gives you faster regen (and also more mana to use up in the first place).

I say go for int.

And more health... So there is really no reason to go with const if you are just going to be spending that health for mana. And at the rate you get health and mana from the stats and the rate you trade them with AS, you get more for your points with +int.

Did you actually do the calculations for that? If you did, I'd like to see them. Relevant formulae are on the Regnum Wiki.

Go with all 5 points into intelligence. Faster mana regen (BECAUSE IT GIVES YOU MORE MANA THEREFORE REGEN IS FASTER :P) More mana, more spell damage. But as many have noted, it doesnt really matter.

Int does not increase spell damage. Warlock spells all have a set amount of damage which is not increased by anything other than putting points into the spell itself.
