I have clan mates that have been out for eight months or so because of the second time this happened to them.

Sorry to tell you, but I doubt you will have your characters back.

Mine were gone to, and I have been told they were only in the database for
2 months. Goodluck though.

i'm going on 7 months (since december 5th) since i lost all of the gear on my main. i've been boycotting RO since about a month after that until i get my gear back. i send them a reply to the ticket to keep it open every monday. about 2 months after the initial ticket, i made a new one in a separate support section which was deleted without explanation, and i made another last week that was put on hold without explanation. i guess what i'm saying is "don't get your hopes up". NGD is notoriously unreliable when it comes to this type of thing. I started bringing it up on the forums, and was muted indefinitely twice for it. (expecting a 3rd any day now).

a clan mate of mine had his characters deleted and it took him 6 months to get them back. 2 months later, same thing happened (about a week before my gear was stolen) and he hasn't heard anything yet.

P.S.: free karma for whoever guesses my main.
