Don't know. but seems chance drop from boss (and maybe any mob) depends by challenge i. e. chance drop from unchg mob lesser than from normal.

We killed Thorkul today, it took about half an hour even with 20 people (and 8+ level 60s) and he did not drop. Furthermore it now seems to be useless to kill epics at all, all classes except barbs (and Knights/Conjs with auras), get absolutely no contribution because he reduces hits of 500 damage from a Knight or Marksman to 50, no matter how much you debuff him. We literally tried everything and could never get the damage to increase at all. On top of this once he dies you don't even get XP or anything if you are level 60, only some gold and maybe loot.

It's not even worth mentioning how even more completely useless Hunters are at bosses now, as if they ever had a chance.

Looks alike i right. WZ bosses won't drop while their lvl won't increased to 60 as dragons.
About drastically improved defence. NGD why u done that? now kill WZ epic is hard thing but without drop
