Just add % exp bonus for players under lets say.. 40 lvl, or only inside realm and everybody will be happy ;]

Yes, Frosk, let me take this opportunity to thank you very, very much for those very generous bonuses.

They really help and give me hope of getting another class to 60 in a "reasonable" time-frame. I could wish it was on a day of the week I didn't work but that wouldn't be the same for everyone, so I'll make do.
