Have you tested and verified this?

I felt certain that since the change in 1.6.3 it didnt matter anymore what actual combat mode your character were in, only the "serverside combatmode", i.e. <20s after being attacked vs >20s, would make the difference on regeneration factors.

pretty sure it was changed to be the same rate regardless of in/out of combat assuming the required time..though that was a good tip back then, i still do it :S even though it serves no real purpose anymore.

isn't regen rates the same across all classes..just governed by the amount of mana points you have? just foggy on that now..cause i remember they played with the idea a bit but I have forgotten what they settled on finally.

Well its a young server i guess.

Bit too much slow running for my taste. Could speed that up 2x or more until something happens. Also, dont like these pvp centric configs, but im special on that one.

Edit: Ew did you audioswap recently? I now get it blocked due to GEMA copyright stuff, worked yesterday oO

(1) Well in Germany lots of copyrighted songs are blocked due to youtube and GEMA not managing to get a contract about fees for streaming. Sucky..

Break Apart gives -20 consti, it's very nice against knight with def stance

Dead Eye lv 1 because I didn't know where to spend my point LoL.
WM lv 15 as well
