Just good to see how a server can balance itself and be once again fun, thanks to all people who still join it and fight; just fight, no matter for which part of realm.
Anyway i keep watching my back, game still saying "He seems to speaks another language.." when writing enemy names on fl |

Since IG and Als realms are more evenly matched, I usually hear (and comment myself) about how fort battles or bridge fights with Ignis are so much more fun than with greens. They just show up with 30 people and ruin everything.
Alsius usually sees ignis getting invaded and we will usually say "lets help Ignis and screw over the gelfs" or "Ignis helped protect our castle, we should help get theirs back", something along these lines. But thre are always players who say "I will kill everyone, no matter what realm". We usually laugh when Ignis winds up killing the lonely killer. IMHO, alliances are ok when invasion is pending, or when we happen across blues or reds getting ganked by greens. I've stopped on my way to Sam or Meni to help out a grinder or two getting ganked by green losers who can't kill anything w/o ratio of 3/1 or higher. But it's still a RVR game, and we all need to kill all enemy realm players for WM coins or quests from time to time. Besides, an even fight is pretty damn fun. Greens wouldn't know anything about that, lol.... |

Problem with this alliances is that there can be all sort of misunderstandings. I have seen that at Aggers. When the greens capture the fort the reds who come there (to farm not to aid, lol) are not attacked by the blues. So Alsius think that they can do the same at Samal, lol, no way... the blues innocently try to fight along the reds there but... they get instant killed by Ignis.

Maybe caused by geographic factors. Go around Samal to help from the other side like we do at Aggers most of the time cause we come from this side to the fort, while your save is at the other side.

In my eyes most of gelfs are unskilled players with OP gear. Probably far from truth, but this is how I (and many other realmmates) see them since they're always in beaconed outnumbered zerg. Except those few gankers in our part of wz which are very brave when attacking lower level grinder with mob on himself and half of hp/mana. -- Slartibartfast / Exorcist |

Game politics makes for strange bedfellows.
In the face of imbalance, off hand alliances by nature make for some kind of balance. Intended or not .

I enjoy fighting Alsius way more than Syrtis.
I really don't like this "Alliance" but what can be done against a zerg? |

We got zerged at Aggers once, Goats were already winning 4 minutes after we captures Aggers, but then Ignis came, we got pushed back to the tower. Had some great fights.
Sometimes the alliance makes it more fun (equal forces) but sometimes it's not. |
