The difference is 300k xim spend between Legendary and non special
The difference is 5% dexterity between Legendary and a epic that has thesame bonus (which already exists)

Where's your problem? Damage difference with now and after update is what, 10 dmg? Yes it increases, but its barely noticeable on weapons, and the amount of xim you have to spend to get decent legendary gear (pretty sure I used like 15 boxes before I had something that was:

1. Legendary
2. Had decent resists
3. Had usefull normal bonus
4. Had usefull legendary bonus

So as far as I can see, only the people that would max out their advantage no matter what the costs are really benefit, it will mostly be the occasional lucky guy/girl that gets something nice from a box/drop.

This game has a long way to go before it becomes pay to win material. The only problem is that people on this forum are way too damn dramatic.

Yeah, it will always be gank to win.

If anyone like to get 5% movement speed, 10% knock resist and 5% main atrribute or more, please feel free to do so.

You will still be killed in 3 hit by a barb or ganked by a hunter all the same.

I think it's sad, that there are new lucky boxes Regnum is a Pay 2 win, no question ... but these legendary items intense the fact more and more.

i heard someone saying "leggings with movement speed bonus", wtf is that true?

Well, it's not a problem yet - it's a first impression, time will tell ...

... but let me give you an example.
I'm an average 60 lvl hunter with standard wm set and a decent lb.

Some barbs (yes, barbs) out there are already impossible to kill for me because i do 90-130 dmg normals on them after dismouting (they are unbuffed, you know). And 30-70 when they are buffed.
Now i imagine what will happen, when they get better legendary equipment, with, let's say bigger movement speed or 10% more piercing resist? Will i do 60-80 dmg on them when unbuffed?

9 hc = useless
21 hc = useless
5% class attribute = That's pretty new. so for many archers probably 8 ish dex which is not alot of damage.
15ice + 11blunt + 13-15 dmg gem = very little damage more than a bow wo these attributes. You can test these weapons yourself and see the damage ranges only by 50 ish. I've been testing epic, magic, weapons on amun with normal lv 60 gear. The damage difference is tiny.

Epic or legendary gear looks awesome on the stats, but when you actually test them against your normal lv 60 weapons they don't make a big difference.

I feel for you on your hunter only doing that kind of damage to buffed targets though, that's a whole other problem with regards to resists and skills available to certain classes imo.

Yes, it is true. Tunics and Leggings can have a Movement Speed bonus only in Legendary items.

In regards to the +resist dizzy/immobilize
Is it gonna work like Mind Blank where it shows as success, but it was actually resisted, or does it give you more chance to resist those spells?
