This definitely sucks a**. I have a samba account I can't get into but can log into my unused ngd account without a damn code. I've never played on any other machine with either account at least not in the last year.

Ive submitted a ticket to samba because its their client I can't log into, but was told in realm chat that I would need to submit a ticket to ngd because samba would be unable to fix it. If that's true how would I go about that?

This is by far the dumbest thing I've ever seen a game company do, and Ive seen some dumb stuff in the past.

Please take into consideration that you submitted your ticket on Posted on: 30 May 2013 10:33 AM which means it got queued behind around more than a hundred and fifty tickets.
A weekend also showed up in the middle, and even though we receive tickets during non-working hours, they get answered during working shifts.

Anyway, your ticket got a reply on June 4th, so the case is being worked on.

Hey there,

This dumbest thing ever is also applied in a lot of games and even in online platforms such as Steam.
You shouldn't really listen to what other users say in these cases since they may be misleading (like in this case). Keep in mind that when it comes to actual doubts regarding Support matters, you need to reach a Community Manager.

Anyway, since you're a GameSamba user, you have to contact them via their Support system, as we don't provide such service to users from external referrers.
