Quick summary for those who don't know:

- New easier to use dialogue window for NPC's.
- New mechanic for armors, called enchantments, similar to gems for weapons.
- All exp beyond 50 was wiped clean for everyone (Might not be final)
- At the moment no XP from capturing forts, no master coins (the new currency) for killing players or capturing forts either.
- New NPC's in capital cities, give quests for the new currency. You can buy some items like these:

Additional note: Ignis Swamp has no visual changes, only some new high level monsters.

Amun = Testing server. All changes there are not set in stone. Why blow a blood vessel now?. You have Monday afternoon to do that

With a quest like that i can see some insane wars going on for a very long time:P

kill 50 players to get 1000 points

need over 40k points for awesome new weapon plus armors = alot of war

I know having been doing all that grinding of xp all that time and then having everything reset as a "clean slate" seems like it sucks, but I believe it is the most fair solution to everyone.

Having the xp changed to match the xp curve would be fine, and having our current level adjusted to be what it should be with the new curve, but the last thing I want to see is a buncha "poof, I'm 60!" just because they accrued xp grinding for items all that time.

I do not mind grinding further since we'll be able to gain xp through war. Though if it was mobs only, my thoughts might be reversed, and I would agree with Ulti. But it is because of gaining xp through war that I think everyone should start off the same.

What I'm more concerned about is if the same xp rules apply in war as they do with mobs. If they do, then there may be problems with lower level players being able to get XP in war as their "fair share" will be completely overshadowed by higher level "uber 60" players.

If it works more like the system for gaining RP, it might not be as much of a problem. Even I can usually get 3 to 4 to 5 (sometimes 6) RP helping out in wars as a hunter.

This is all speculation, and I'm still taking a wait-and-see stance because I don't know how the warzone XP system will work. I do hope it is different and more favorable than the xp system used with mobs.

There is new stuff at Amun and at the same time hundreds of people try to download the new update for it and want to connect to the server. This makes that Amun is not very stable at the moment.

but you missed the subtlety of the quest requirement- 50 UNIQUE players.
meaning you can't get your <insert enemy realm here> friend to let you kill him 50 times........ NGD getting wise to the scammers and glitchers
