Now this is one of the funniest post I have ever seen. By the way the original poster is a lvl 47 or so Barbarian of Ignis. For starters, hunters are by far not too unfair. I think at the moment hunters are very very close to balance. In fact I think the whole game and classes is close now. Anyways, me being a hunter I know all of the tactics of getting away, and who or who I can not kill. Lesson 1, most hunters mostly never travel alone. That is all I will give away about the class because I know all of the tactics that a hunter most use to win/get away from danger. I am not saying I am good or anything I am just saying that a hunter learns what situations he can win, loose, and what situations he can escape from and when he can not escape. It is your job to know these things to use to your advantage, and to all other hunters here quit giving out tactics because it is not our duty to disclose our tactics. To another point, you will not see many hunters in war because they just flat out struggle in war. Hunters rely on pure defense as their offense is limited. DO NOT SAY THAT WE ARE OVERPOWERED before you know what you are talking about. Hunters are not hard to kill if you travel with another hunter. Come on man, use some since, learn the game and then complain if you feel necessary. Talk to Nazgul, Mario of Persia because they know how to kill. Maybe you should take advice from people in your own realm before making post like this. I am not mad, but please do not complain before you know what you are talking about.

http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/forum...ad.php?t=11842 Well: Whit the camouflage, you only need a skill powerful, [you are a barbarian, or no?] If the Hunter, only have 200-700 hp, your only [if your are 2 barbarians], shoot 2 skills of area, and the hunter died. Two barbarians = two skill of area = [Example: blow lightning/thunder blow] = Being like minimum 400(damage) with a very slow weapon. = 400x2 = 800Damage to hunter. Minimum. Max of damage= 600-700(damage) x 2[Two barbarians] = 1400/1300/1200/1000 = Hunter died [single if the hunter camouflages itself with little health, as all hate]

LOL - it seems that some people get annoyed when hunters don't stand still and take their damage.
Actually, when i play my mage i find it frustrating when hunters won't stay still and go toe-to-toe with me. Oh i do wish they'd let me prick them with ivy, knock them into the ground with a golem, dizzy them with a meteor, stop them attacking with beetles, steal their mana, then finish them with a stalagmite. Please all you red and green hunters out there, stop evading my mage. He gets so frustrated when you won't let him use his awesome range of attacks against you. Oh, it's so unfair. Brb brb brb. |

Actually, on a serious note, i think that any hunter who doesn't use evasion in an impossible situation - and prefers instead to stand, fight and die - would have been better off chosing the marksman class.
The superior attack ability of the marksman class would more suit this style of play. Personally, when i play my hunter, i try my best to frustrate and annoy enemies i am unlikely to beat on a PVP basis. Sometimes i manage to pick em off gradually by turning and firing at range (it's great that moment when they realise their hp is getting low and they ain't gonna catch you, so they turn and run and suddenly the tables are turned!). Other times they are so eager to kill me they follow me into friendlies. Other times, there's so many of em chasing you that it's better to just get the hell outta there and escape. In my opinion, pulling off any of these scenarios is a success. |

Frankly, any archer who simply stands still in the face of a melee is effectively a punching bag :P |

hunters have many other powerful skills than running: mostly in pets and tracking. For all these skills the hunter class can be chosen and thus played different ways. if someone puts all his points in evasion spells, then he will be almost impossible to catch. it's a particular fighting style. you don't do much damage but as soon as you lose, you can be almost 100% sure that you will escape successfully. now here's how i see things (i know i'm probably the only one): if you lose, and in particular in an impossible situation, the least you can do is die. i mean: you've been beaten already, what will running change ? nothing cause you already lost the fight. you can run, if you escape it doesn't make you a winner. the only thing it affects is the amount of rps the enemy has, but who cares about that ? i'd rather die and do something else with my time than try to run all around the map to save 18 f**king rps... well, i know this is certainly not what other hunters think, so don't feel forced to tell me that's bullshit. anyway, if you see me running away from you in the WZ, it's that i don't want to pick the fight (or that my pet is stuck behind ). you'll never see me running away from you after picking the fight with you. |

Hmm, when I think about it I reckon this story isn't as exciting to evasion-specialist hunters as it is to me :P Nevertheless, I agree. It's up to each individual how he/she wants to play her character. |
