May I ask NGD WHYYYYYY u changed Ring of the Spider into:
DMG: (nothing written) and hit chance +4?

Because it didn't work in the first place.

So if it really does give +4 hit chance and it did work, it's better anyway.

well only +4 hit chance but damage field is empty, 700% removed, so it gives nothing (?) except +4 hc

Yes. I think NGD stated it was a bug in the first place like the speed armour.

LOL +4 hit chance is like 8 concentration

I'd chose that over a concentration ring ANY time
