Higher level players are more advantaged with the better items for the higher levels and people will only be 'overpowered' in specific areas like hit chance or damage increases.

like i said won be long till the babies complain and its not even unbalanaced everybody gets the same items not like the last bug with the speed armor ignis has and such but now anybody can get these items and for the items that are lvl 50 who cares for the lower lvls you still have a chance of not winning with or without the items they have take a lvl 40 and a lvl 50 most likely the 50 is gonna win so whats the different with this items.. but who cares now ... another great update(well almost since nothing for knights) is messed up by the babies...

Actually, no, it doesn't. If events=quests, then it's more imbalancing than everyone having a chance to get them.
