It is also not allowed to take over another's user account. But....people in forum are constantly saying that this person ot that person played their character. Is this good for buisness? NGD would make more money when they would level a new character using xymerin instead of playing another persons high lvl character.

Why are there rules when everyone can break them without punishment? Why are the rules not accepted by many people even tough they agreed with it...they agree with it every time they log into the game.

You are not chief moralist. You are not an NGD staff member. No one cares about what YOU think of that matter, so no point in posting the forum/game terms of services every two morning. You are obviously free to post no matter what but you're gonna end up in a few ignore lists for that including mine.

If you want only one account, fine, have only one. Most people want 6 chars in one realm, so they have two accounts anyway. Hell, the balance team members all or almost all have 6 chars, and aren't they endorsed somehow by NGD? It seems they are since they're fast to ban them from the forums when someone talks bad.

Well I'll tell you, I know a few members of the Balance teams who have 6 char or more... among different realms .

Now ask NGD a sheriff insignia or a medal for being a good soldier and stop all the crying

PS: Wudy, I speak from experience.. do NOT delete your characters, just don't play it and one day, who knows, you will think "ah I'd really love to play in Alsius" and you will be very happy to have your chars handy! Tonight at Pinos I got no heal no support with my Knight while I was saving those Warjurer's asses so I quit 10 mins, took some air, then logged Elrik and killed them all. That felt nice. Don't deprive yourself from that über satisfaction! =)

Stopping this would be bad for them, and therefore bad for us - even tho, strictly speaking, it is against the rules.
