You need 50 karma for a 2nd green box, and 150 for a 3rd one. Megrim has a 3rd box XD.

There should be more giving out karma in these forums. 20 Posts = 1 Karma you can give someone.

Those are the default values. Here, the forum uses 100 and 300 respectively. I THINK you get a karma point every 10 posts...

Oh, let me add that you have to spread karma before you can add another karma point to the same person.
