Thats the same that Elfes do, it would be an too easy solution. They just stick theire soft ears through hard leather caps - why should alsius uthgars with hard horns have it that easy....

NGD already said countless times helmets and hats have little chance to be implimented in the future. The reason for this is simply because Ugthars have abnormally higher stats (the highest for a starting character)

They also said if they plan to enable them for Ugthars, they will most likely reduce their stats.

i can confirm DMs findings. Plus you regen faster wearing the hat.

I'd suggest to make it -80% or -100% armor

Anyway I agree Utghar should get hats, but then they will have to lose the +5 const bonus. You can't have both but I'm afraid of the whining there will be the day some Utghar lose 5 const... Maybe they should get (that day) a free hat +5const for their current level.
