Yeah, lots of 200% scrolls after level 40. Before level 40, I used 50% to keep fatigue off. In the end the total sum was about 100 US dollars (I don't know exactly because I forget when I bought the xim... Just 2.5 weeks ago I gradded my conj)

As for time, I was doing 4+ hours of grinding on work-days at night, and 10-15 hours of grinding on off-work-days.

I disagree. I really don't care about the money. With normal leveling and questing, I have enough from mobs to buy all upgrades I need.
Plus, when I get a nice bow or something I can't use it (I'm a warlock) so when the one I leveled with is an archer I give it to him/her for free ^^
It's nice to see how happy you can make people with something you can't even use
