I've got a few things in my wishlist as well hehe.
In no particular order: 1. More interesting PvE environment with mob factions vs. other mobs. And an improved mob population/diversity to go with it. Maybe a named mob to lead the faction or tribes in the faction. Where killing the named mob diminishes the relation (lessens aggro and/or aggro range) for their faction, but improves it for the anti-faction for that mob group. 2. A mob schedule where certain mobs go sleep at night and others come out. Certain mobs get stronger depending on environment/weather and weaker at other times. 2. Crafting. Clothes, weapons, armor, jewelry, dyes, potions, poisons, etc. 3. Dual-wield for barbs. (maybe even a light-weapons/utility class that uses dual as well with it's own dual-wield skill tree, but that may be a bit far fetched or disrupt balance even more) 4. positional/mob teleporting/pathfinding problems improved if not solved. 5. a more diverse/larger landscape to accommodate the mob changes. 6. caverns, dungeons, underground areas. Not necessarily instanced, but just part of the realm. Enter cave at point A, come out at point B. But these should not connect to warzone. Strictly for lore/background/questing/pve 7. A dungeon area or ruin specifically for warzone with its own boss/bosses and mob population. Maybe an increased xp-rate per mob, but more danger because of the other realms having access. (Kinda like Darkness Falls over on DAoC, but "differenter") Other than that, a more balanced RvR would be nice with some changes to how invasions work. mmorpgs has turned into a competetion of who can make women models with least cloth on, therefore all the women look like amazonas and the men look like cavemen.
to the serious part I hope there will be a lot of spice added to regnum - a never ending war in the war zone which is ALWAYS active - alternatives to levelling by mobs - crafting - dungeons with forts in it probably more if I take time to think about it |

I would like a fire pit in the centre of each town that can be lit by any player. This fire will burn for a set time before going out. Players that sit around the fire will heal at a faster rate than normal and if they have meat in their inventory, they may interact with the fire and cook it. Each piece of meat will restore 20hp or 20 mana.
I would like to see MOB invasions of the forts and if possible, once in a blue moon a demon/thing (miscast summoning or whatever,) from some plane of hell or other stalking the warzone. The point would be to unify realms temporarily to defeat a greater threat or lose forts. I would be a break from the usual blah. Day/night cycles on mobs. I really do think it would be better if some creatures only came out at night. Its not as if the days are so long that some people would never see them. Mob moral. Intelligent MOBS should not fight to the death. Orcs etc should at least attempt to run away if they are to badly hurt. |

Well, if there are not only real hopes, but dreams too then
General: - Removing high lvl mobs from inner - Satisfying crafting system - Rewards for rp - More ways to buy ximerin (so I can purchase it :/) - More population on horus (or maybe: more life on wz) - Community from early times of RO (a dream, just wanted to say that, imho, community was better some time ago) - Nerfing (killing) staff mastery Barbarian: - Mind squasher - 100% debuff on lvl 5 (yeah, yeah, probably a dream). - Piercing weapons reworked. - 2h mastery - rework is a bit too strong word, but I would change several skills. - Unstoppable madness - lower mana cost/casting time? Few ppl use it in fort wars, its mostly a 1vs1 skill/buff before area. - More interesting gameplay for warriors in fort wars/invasions (it seems instant areas casting has been fixed, because areas have less range and I think characters spawn a bit further from gate, so invasions are going to be as boring as fort wars for us. Time will show, though). - Fixing position bugs - Well, probably a bit changed invasion system, dont have any ideas for now, though. - Removing spells like mind push, beetle swarm, stunning fist, energy borrow, mana burn and everything that makes barbs life a pain (pure dream, of course ) |

My dream?
open source and flaws fixed. Ngd will focus on content and events. My nightmare? hacked to the bone, and left behind by developers. Maybe private servers with 100 times more bugs ands hacks. NGD will release Regnum 2 then. Sorry, but you asked.
