This problem means that you probably created your account in another country than where you currently live. You could mail customer@ngdstudios.com.ar explaining the case and maybe they could fix it for you(e.i. manually setting your country right)

Sadly enough, you're not the only person NGD has to support. They get flooded by a lot of mails requesting support, so they are not being lazy, but just helping a lot of people. It can take some time before your mail is reached.

i have been on horus when it was first made so ya that makes me one of the first people ever came on it when it came out. so ya almost year and a half it has been out.

What has that got to do with anything? You answered the question no need to get defensive before anyone even says anything.

But since you said it

How long you have played often has little reflect on acctual skill in game, Ive played for over 2 years but Im only a adverage player in many aspects, yet I also know players who have only been around 7 or 8 months but are very skilled, and players that have been round as long or longer than I have but still play like fools.
