I think a scroll would be cool.
About beards: Two of my clanmates saw their characters with a beard (Nordos), but this was only because they were using safe mode. I use full graphics details and I see them without beards, try to check out your characters with full graphic details and shader model 4.0.

There is a beard-change--premium item (3000 Xim)
I just hope that not all characters will have a different beard from now on, so they have to buy that Premium-Item  I`d agree to the suggestion for 1 free styling (at least beards) |

I'm glad there will be an option to change the look again, however i do truly hope it will be one time free for everyone. in a good faith move to satisfy everyone who believes their character now does not resemble what they originally chose.
one thing though, at least on testing, i wish it was in inventory or free, so we could get a look (since i have no xim i really cant comment on the face models n such if i feel theres an issue or even a compliment to be had.
